Resolution requires at least three of the following within 90 days:
- NVDA closing 50% below all-time high
- SOXX down 40% from high
- OpenAI or Anthropic bankruptcy
- OpenAI acquired
- H100 rental price at $1.00 or lower for five consecutive days (SiliconData index)
- TSMC/ASML/Broadcom/Arista/SMCI down 50% from high
