Basecamp Research raises $140M Series C for AI models trained on Trillion Gene Atlas

Basecamp Research, an NVentures (NVIDIA) portfolio company, announced a $140M Series C.
The startup trains frontier AI models for therapeutic design. Its EDEN models are trained on the Trillion Gene Atlas, a massive genomic dataset built through partnerships spanning more than 30 countries, originally aimed at mining the natural world for novel genes and metabolic pathways.
