Arc Institute's Minerva: a genome language model predicts RNA base pairing from sequence alone
BrianHie · x · 2026-09-24
Arc Institute (Brian Hie's lab) introduced Minerva, a genome language model that predicts RNA base pairing, repeats, and other interactions from sequence alone, aimed at uncovering many undiscovered bacterial non-coding RNAs and structural elements. Led by David Li, Garyk Brixi, and team.
