Arc Institute unveils Minerva, a genome language model for predicting RNA interactions

Arc Institute (Brian Hie and team) introduced Minerva, a genome language model that predicts RNA base pairing, repeats, and other interactions from sequence alone. The motivation: many important bacterial non-coding RNAs and structural elements remain undiscovered, and Minerva is meant to help close that gap.
