Metanova Blueprint expands search space 11x to 678.5B molecules with Boltz-2 scoring

Metanova Labs upgraded its AI-for-science competition platform Blueprint, expanding the enumerable chemical space over 11x to 678.5 billion molecules (reactions 5→44, building blocks 225K→2.03M), on top of last week's Boltz-2-based scoring. Contestants must now find top-scoring molecule sets in a much larger space under costlier inference, making search-allocation strategy decisive. Winning algorithms must beat the incumbent across four rotating targets. The combinatorial database (Mol-Rxn-DB) is open-sourced on Hugging Face.
