The Center for AI Safety's latest Remote Labor Index results show GPT-6 Astra can now automate 20.8% of randomly chosen remote projects, up from 2.5% just last October — roughly an eightfold jump in a year. The benchmark measures AI's ability to complete real remote labor tasks, making it a key gauge of how fast AI is substituting remote work.
