Uncle Bob: AI changes nothing—complexity, not tooling, still makes software slow

Software legend Robert C. Martin (Uncle Bob) argues nothing has changed in the AI era: management still asks why everything takes so long. His answer: things take long because they're complicated, and rushing into complex problems with poorly thought-through solutions only makes them slower. All the old principles still apply—the bigger the mess, the longer the time.
