trust.mrr adds RevenueCat API key support, showing all-time revenue, MRR and churn

trust.mrr now accepts a RevenueCat API key instead of Verified Metrics URLs. Connected iOS/Android app pages can display all-time revenue (not just the last 30 days), all-time MRR, and churn.
This is enabled by RevenueCat's Charts API released earlier this year. Existing listings can migrate directly from dashboard > My Startups > Payment Provider.
