Open-source Codex orchestrator skill runs GPT-6 Astra as mastermind over Sol and Luna agents

Developer HalkLiff open-sourced an orchestrator skill for Codex agents (repo: halkliff/halkliff-skills, MIT) that organizes GPT-6 Astra, Sol and Luna into an org chart.
Key design:
- Astra (High reasoning) as the "mastermind": architecture decisions, grilling sessions, docs, implementation plans.
- Sol (High/xHigh) as coordinators: Astra spawns as many independent workstreams as capacity allows, each Sol thread coordinating tasks toward a defined goal.
- Luna Max subagents execute the actual tasks, from research to implementation.
The workflow passes versioned artifacts between tasks and escalates uncertainty to the author, running only on explicit invocation. Install requires Git and Python 3.10+; upstream pstack and Matt Pocock skills are pinned as git submodules.
