Building an EU-sovereign agent, IONOS cloud locks account after signup bug

The author is doing an exercise: building a fully EU-sovereign full-stack agent, and IONOS cloud looked interesting for image generation. Full activation required a credit card, then came a "may take up to 24hrs" notice, a UI bug, an account lockout with a "we have detected anomalies" email, a broken password reset, and email-only support.
