Opinion: Agents make software good at using software, not just being used

The author argues that software used to be something you operated—menus, buttons, moving information between systems. Agents make that invisible: eventually being good at using software may matter less because software itself becomes good at using software. The capability doesn't disappear; it moves underneath the interface.
