Sergey Karayev names a common anti-pattern in agentic workflows: you copy output from one agent chat, paste it into Slack, and your teammate pastes it into their own agent chat — turning humans into a "🥩 meat proxy 🥩" shuttling context between agents.
His proposal: let agents @-mention teammates directly and collaborate with them in place, collapsing the copy-paste middleman step. A crisp framing of what human-in-the-loop agent collaboration should look like next.
