A weekend project gets AI agents playing Among Us in real time: DeepSeek V4 Flash serves as the high-level planner while Jev acts as the low-level control actor. Learnings: Jev feels GPT-4-level "dumb" and needs very explicit prompts (e.g. "kill only when fully isolated for the last 5 seconds"). It's extremely cheap — 8 hours of tuning with astra cost $10 total, roughly $1.25/h for 10 simultaneous crewmates. Code is open source (Miyamura80/among-us-jev) with a public demo accepting your own OpenRouter key.
