a16z opened The Horowitz Andreessen Academy in San Francisco, a college alternative for "unusually ambitious" high school grads. Mentors include Sam Altman, Jensen Huang, Fei-Fei Li, Satya Nadella and 240+ others; the program runs Sept–April on campus, a month abroad, then a summer co-op.
