Proposal: split AI papers and human papers into separate tracks with desk rejects for wrong track

Responding to AI-assisted paper writing overwhelming peer review, the author proposes a two-track system: an AI-produced paper track reviewed by AI and a pure human-written track reviewed by humans, with every published paper labeled by track. Submissions detected in the wrong track would be desk rejected.
