Goodside reconsiders anti-pause stance after labs call to slow the frontier

Goodside says his long-held stance was "Pause and do what?" — whatever alignment work you'd do given a pause, finite effort is better spent doing it faster than advocating for time. But lab calls to pace the frontier have given him doubt, and he's a bit less sure now.
