Anthropic officially announced Opus 5.5, built on user feedback. It communicates more clearly, is cheaper per token than Opus 5.0 while matching Fable 5.1's intelligence, is highly token-efficient, and works across every effort level. The company is also raising 5-hour rate limits and adding a banked reset.
