Asked how to stand up a forward-deployed team from zero, HappyRobot CEO Pablo's answer was three things: hire good people, give them leeway, and make sure what they learn goes back into the product. The key insight: what flows back isn't the use case but what the product couldn't do — use cases are noise, capability gaps are signal. The rest is hiring well and staying out of the way.
