Team runs OpenHands agents in own cloud: code, self-review PRs in repair loops before human merge

Tomas Hajek details his team's self-hosted OpenHands agent workflow: agents run in their own cloud with centrally managed context, skills and plugins, and can be specialized per task. GitHub Issues is the entry point; agents discuss the task, implement it, open a PR, then review their own changes and loop review-and-fix until handing off to a human, who decides whether to merge (merging triggers auto-deploy). A no-mistakes tool adds validation with bounded auto-fix loops that pause for human decisions. The author sees repeated review and repair as a working piece of a self-correcting autonomous delivery loop, with merge approval still held by humans.
