a16z announces The Horowitz Andreessen Academy in San Francisco for top high school graduates, with a Founding Class Fellowship now open. The thesis: the internet let you know anything, AI lets you do anything, and the best assignments are problems unsolvable without AI. The school teaches students to "build" — mostly through their own projects — with classes and guest lectures from Silicon Valley builders, and is designed as a network.
