- willcb mocks the question "which lab is gonna build ASI?": the answer is literally everybody.
- He argues it's like asking who will build inference, chat-with-PDF, coding agents, chief-of-staff bots, all-in-one super apps, or enterprise AI transformation platforms — every capability gets commoditized and copied, so why would anyone sit out the biggest one of all?
