Replying to os7borne's complaint that most people aren't AI-pilled enough, NirantK makes the opposite point: there's no way to be deeply into AI anymore that isn't detrimental to your physical, mental and emotional health. He calls coding agents "Instagram for problem solving" — a dopamine-loop style of working that rewires the brain.
