Quoting Meta co-founder Mike Knoop: math is one of very few fully public domains — unlike programming or most fields, where significant knowledge is proprietary and locked within organizations, there is no moat against AI in math. RexDouglass quips "Finance has entered the chat," implying finance similarly has openly available data and knowledge that AI can move into.
