Teknium merges fix for Hermes Agent Desktop failing to resolve model-provider plugins

Nous Research's Teknium merged PR #118582 fixing a bug where model-provider plugins installed in a profile failed to resolve in Hermes Agent's Desktop app and multiplex gateway. The bug surfaced when the claude-subscription-directsdk plugin worked in the terminal but threw "Unknown provider" errors in Desktop, since both serve multiple profiles from one process. The fix enables per-profile plugin resolution across these environments.
