Xiaomi released MiMo-V2.6-Pro, an open-weights MoE model (1.02T total / 42B active params) that debuts as the top open-weights model on the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index (46), up sharply from its predecessor's 26. Pricing is unchanged at $0.435/1M input tokens (99% cache discount) and $0.87/1M output tokens, or $0.13 per index task — landing it on the intelligence-vs-cost Pareto frontier and beating Grok 4.7, GLM 5.3, and Kimi K3 on value.
