Diag2Diag: AI generates measurements that hardware sensors can't capture

A counterintuitive inversion: hardware is usually seen as feeding AI unique data, but Diag2Diag flips that — AI generates diagnostic measurements the hardware itself couldn't provide. Originally built for fusion reactors to fill in when diagnostics sensors fail or can't measure what's needed, the same approach applies anywhere a sensor is irreplaceable or insufficient: space, robotics, or any complex system where a missing measurement compromises safety or control.
