Cognition adds Devin Cloud in Terminal and devin ssh for CLI-first agent workflows

Cognition ships two new entry points for Devin:
- Devin Cloud in Terminal: create, steer, and resume Devin Cloud sessions right in your CLI via /cloud
- devin ssh: SSH into Devin's dedicated VM for the first time, then /handoff the work back to your own device
The goal: never leave the terminal while driving Devin.
