LeonKohli released claude-uds-bridge, an MCP server that lets Codex and Claude talk natively. It piggybacks on Claude Code's per-session Unix socket cross-session messaging: a Codex plugin registers the session, while listsessions, sendmessage, and inbox commands handle discovery, delivery, and accept/hold/refuse policy. No daemon, broker, or API keys; macOS/Linux, requires the Codex desktop app.
