Lux Capital adds three new partners across AI, defense and capital formation

Lux Capital announced Sarah Hess and Mia Krishnamurthy joining its investing team and Mahi Joshi joining capital formation, all as partners. Hess was previously a defense investor at Point72 Ventures, helped launch the NATO Innovation Fund, and earlier worked at the CIA on US-China technology competition; Krishnamurthy comes from CRV after starting at General Atlantic.
Lux framed the expansion around backing founders in AI, aerospace and defense, compute, biotech and industrials through the full arc of company building, from inception to exit.
