Findings: 27 private advisories and 3 hardening PRs; 23 confirmed vulnerabilities rated 0 Critical, 2 High, 16 Medium, 6 Low. All actionable issues fixed and all PRs merged. Trail of Bits used Codex-assisted security research workflows with human review, covering core permissions and user-data handling across features.
