DSPy: hand-crafted agent code and raw frontier agents are both premature optimization

The DSPy team argues that while people learn to "program, not prompt" AI models, the deeper point is missed: asking a frontier agent is like managing a person, and hand-crafting Jev code is like hand-writing assembly for a niche RISC machine. Both are premature optimization for durable systems that survive the bitter lesson.
