Agent management may be the next IAM problem as AI agents become coworkers

As AI agents become digital coworkers, they will need the same things human coworkers need: identity, permissions, goals, memory, feedback, supervision, and offboarding. The author argues agent management may become the next IAM (identity and access management) problem and asks who is preparing for it.
