ritakozlov · x · 2026-09-21
Cloudflare announced Python Workers are now generally available, making Python a first-class, fully supported language on its Developer Platform. Built on WASM + Pyodide, it lets you deploy existing Python code, libraries, and frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask) on Workers with seamless access to Workers AI, R2, D1, Hyperdrive, Durable Objects and more. Dynamic Workers also allow creating a Python Worker from inside another Worker.
