App dev tip: showing the iOS ATT prompt mid-onboarding, not at launch, lifts opt-in rates

A developer shared a practical ATT tactic on X: since iOS 14.5, ad tracking requires an explicit Allow. Instead of firing the prompt at app launch, he shows it deeper into onboarding — halfway through a "creating your plan" loading screen — which gets noticeably more users to opt in.
