Voice AI startup Gladia acquired by OVH Groupe to boost Europe's sovereign voice AI

Voice AI startup Gladia has been acquired by OVH Groupe. Founder Jean-Louis Queguiner, who spent 5+ years at OVHcloud before founding Gladia, calls the deal a homecoming. Gladia offers real-time and async STT APIs (Solaria models, sub-300ms real-time latency). OVHcloud is building a full-stack sovereign European AI Lab spanning infrastructure to AI models, with Gladia as its voice layer.
