Reacting to Huawei's latest keynote slides, teortaxesTex notes that given how much Huawei leans on DeepSeek mentions for association, one might assume it reserved meaningful compute for the DeepSeek team — but there's no evidence it exceeds a few percent of what Tencent will get.
