AI Is Compressing the Whole Company, Not Just Cutting Startup Costs

Alex MacGregor argues AI isn't just making startups cheaper to build—it's compressing the entire company. Research, design, code, marketing, and support can increasingly be handled by one person with a handful of tools.
The interesting question, he says, isn't how small a startup can get, but how big a small startup can become: solo founders with AI can now match the output of traditional large teams.
