Lawyer's take: the AI boom will create more legal work, not less

Responding to a report that the AI boom has seeped into every corner of the economy, the author makes a counterintuitive case: AI will increase demand for lawyers. Three mechanisms: AI accelerates business (more deals, sales, contracts); AI introduces new risks (complaints, lawsuits, broken deals); and AI changes the nature of work (hiring/firing disputes, agent liability). Even AI-using lawyers will be in higher demand.
