A Reddit user warns others against StepFun's paid plans, claiming his active subscription, $15 in API credits and even billing history vanished without notice, with no response from support.
He had been using StepFun's API to stress-test a local text-RPG harness, and says the incident pushed him to rely fully on local LLMs. Note: this is a one-sided accusation; StepFun has not responded.
