ChatGPT co-creator's Jev: batch decisions without long LLM calls

DrDatta_AIIMS · x · 2026-09-21

The post (via @Av1dlive) introduces Jev, a new tool from a co-creator of ChatGPT, positioned as a building block for the AI engineer's 2028 stack. After 48 hours of hands-on testing, the author wrote a 34-page guide with 20 workflow designs and copy-paste build prompts.

The core idea: Jev doesn't replace your agent — it identifies decisions that don't need another long LLM response (model routing, memory filtering, research screening, browser control) and batches independent decisions via Choice/Score/Noul mechanisms, cutting speed and cost. The guide includes 8 diagrams, 19 references, and demo code with 30 offline checks.
