OpenEnv sees active community work on infra providers, MCP and WebSocket fixes

The OpenEnv maintainer thanks contributors for a busy week: work on providers for different infra, bug fixes around web sockets and MCP, plus shared examples and use cases. Anyone with an RL or agent project is invited to contribute, starting from issues and graduating to PRs, with mentoring offered along the way.
