A developer open-sourced Proval, a self-hosted LLM code review agent shipped as one small Docker image (Bun + SvelteKit + SQLite, AGPL-3.0).
- Works with GitHub, GitLab and Forgejo; accepts chat completion and Anthropic APIs, including local LLMs
- Multi-agent reviews per file group; reviews PRs and issues, posts inline comments, replies, detects duplicate issues, respects repo permissions
- Scored F1 0.427 with minimax-m3 on the 50-problem Martian offline benchmark (7th of 21 at the time)
- Setup takes 3 minutes: configure model, webhook and git host API on a web dashboard
