Claude now leads 26% of Anthropic's model R&D, up from 1% in 6 months

In just six months, the share of Anthropic's internal model R&D tasks led by Claude jumped from 1% to 26%, and Claude now participates in or leads over 90% of the company's model development work. On Anthropic's core internal agent platform, roughly 30,000 AI agents are simultaneously working on research and engineering tasks at any moment — AI is now substantially building the next generation of AI.
