Dev ships free MCP server exposing 350 US closed-end fund SEC filings

A developer released a free, key-free MCP server (cefradar.com/mcp, listed in the official registry) that reads EDGAR filings for 350 US closed-end funds — 13D/13G, tender offers, proxy contests, liquidations, N-CSR highlights — exposed as tools for fund lookup, activist notices, change summaries with sources. Designed for retirees, its plain-English output also works well for LLMs.
