Rex Douglass argues labor's understanding of AI and innovation is populist: it cites literally nothing from any relevant literature and instead asserts brilliance then wings it — one reason labor will "get its ass handed to it" by innovation.
In a follow-up he adds that academics ranting normative takes at the intersection of multiple empirical fields they barely know is like Zero Hedge as investment advice.
