Eric Schmidt: UIs will largely disappear as agents make 90% of web traffic non-human
rohanpaul_ai · x · 2026-09-20
Former Google CEO Eric Schmidt argues user interfaces will largely go away since agents interact in natural language and can generate UI on demand. Extending this: bot traffic already exceeds human activity, and with agents, 90%+ of web traffic could be non-human — websites may devolve into databases queried by agents. From Peter Diamandis' YouTube channel.
