The 4th World Modeling workshop will be held Feb 28 – Mar 5, 2027 at the Aspen Center for Physics, focusing on world models through a physics lens, with Yann LeCun among the participants. About 70 researchers from ML and physical sciences will attend.
Themes include JEPA and joint-embedding self-supervised learning, world models and latent-space dynamics with model-based planning, and symmetry/physical priors (conservation laws, equivariance) for sample-efficient and interpretable world models. Presentation abstracts (1 page) due Oct 9; participation applications due Sep 30.
