Building a per-turn goal verifier with Jev for a custom agent harness

Elvis Saravia (omarsar0) shares one of the craziest use cases he's found for Jev: building custom verifiers. In his custom agent harness, he used Jev to build a verifier for the /goal feature that checks whether the goal is actually complete after every turn, making continuous verification cheap enough to scale and run more verifiers in parallel. He notes this mainly makes sense for developers with custom agent harnesses, not those using out-of-the-box /goal in Codex or Claude Code.
