Jev, From an Ex-OpenAI RLHF Researcher's $40M Startup, Is an AI That Makes Decisions
johnseach · x · 2026-09-20
TypeSafe AI, founded by ex-OpenAI RLHF researcher Diogo Almeida, launched Jev this week after two years in stealth with a reported $40M seed. Instead of writing text or code, Jev makes decisions: feed it a state (ticket, email, log, agent trace, JSON) plus predefined questions — Choice, Score, or probabilistic yes/no — and it returns numbers your software can act on directly.
