An AI researcher argues Bend 2 is being slept on: it's essentially a "software factory language." Models silently screw up code, making fully automated software factories unviable. Bend replaces the .md spec role — define objectives, let the model figure out the implementation — and because the final implementation is formally verified, you no longer need to review the code yourself.
